LOCATION: Georgia, VT

We worked with structural, design, environmental, geotechnical, & permitting engineers to Performa pre-consolidation of the soils in preparation for a new 200,000 sq. ft. facility. We cleared over 60 acres, removed demolition debris from several old buildings with foundations up to 25 ft. deep, placed and compacted over 60,000 yds. of structural fill in areas of non-compacted soil, redirected existing utilities in conflict with the new design, and imported over 80,000 yds. of material to surcharge the footprint, all within 6 months.
