G.W. Tatro Construction’s roots are based within the ski industry. From its inception with that first project at Smugglers Notch over sixty years ago, we have worked to bring unequaled service to the construction needs of over sixty Ski Resorts. Many of these resorts have a decades-long relationship with our company, the best evidence of the quality work and service embodied by this company we could ask for. We have extensive experience in both snowmaking and trail construction, and utilize our specialized Zap-Lok technology to greatly increase efficiency and speed on any snowmaking job.     G.W. Tatro is the Snowmaking Contractor of the East! With over 35 years of work with Zap-Lok Pipeline Systems under our belt, no one matches our experience in installing snowmaking systems. Our specialty vehicles master steep slopes – whether you need a pipe on a beginner trail, have a winter pipe break, or you want a fully-automated system. Reduce production time through the speed and flexibility our Zap-Lok process offers! We currently process API5L X-42 steel pipe from 4-12” and up to schedule 80.
